The project has been closed down and the project team has been disbanded..  

Any queries can be sent to mail@butterleygangroad.co.uk and a member of the project team will endeavour to provide a response. A comprehensive project archive has been produced and deposited in the Derbyshire Record Office at Matlock. The full list of the contents of the archive together with a subset of the documents and photographs and an index are available to view below.

A small exhibition of maps and photographs has also been placed in the Black Swan public house in Crich.

A book – The Butterley Gangroad – has been published by the project and comprises 354 pages of collected research material, documents and illustrations from the project. A number of copies of the publication have been distributed to the Derbyshire Record Office, the local studies libraries at Matlock and Derby and a selected number of libraries and schools in the local Derbyshire area. The book is also available to preview and purchase from the publishers – Blurb – at a cost of around £25 plus VAT and delivery.
